Stephanie Stevens
Physiotherapist, Clinic Owner

Stephanie’s treatment philosophy is “Leave everyone you meet better than you found them. Become an encourager of potential versus a destroyer of confidence.” Robyn Sharma

Stephanie strives to empower her clients with the knowledge and confidence needed to live their best life. Using a holistic approach incorporating the mind, body and spirit she often will let “time get away from her” when treating her clients. She is grateful for your patience and trust in her facilitation of your health journey. She invites you to “pay attention, on purpose, without judgement” when entering your rehabilitation process.

If you have had the opportunity to be treated by Stephanie in the past 10 years you probably would have heard her say “that is so interesting” or “I can’t wait to see what you’ll be able to do on the next visit” because words matter and so do you!

Ashley Grant-MacDonald
Physiotherapist

I am a dedicated physiotherapist whose approach has evolved from rescuer to co-creator coach. With a commitment to partnership, I believe in working together with clients rather than doing it for you. I adopt a whole person approach, recognizing that addressing symptoms alone is insufficient; it is crucial to delve into the root issues. I emphasize that healing extends beyond the clinic, requiring dedication and effort from clients outside of our sessions.

I currently offer physiotherapy care for musculoskeletal issues (think sprains/ strains of joints, muscles and spine, sports related injuries, pre-post operative care), as well as offering persistent pain, vestibular (dizziness), concussion and pelvic health physiotherapy services. I am currently the only physiotherapist in Charlotte County that offers pelvic health physiotherapy services.

I am dedicated and committed to lifelong learning and upleveling my skill set and can usually be found doing a postgraduate course of some kind. I am passionate about the profession of physiotherapy and have acted as a leader in the Province of New Brunswick through my role as President of the New Brunswick Physiotherapy Association (NBPA). I have been on the board of the NBPA in some capacity since moving home to NB in 2013.

Driven by a passion for building strong relationships and facilitating individuals’ return to activities they love, I find fulfillment in creating hope and fostering change despite injury or pain. I thrive on the dynamic, ever-changing nature of my work, relishing the opportunity to play detective in uncovering the factors contributing to my clients’ conditions. Through my holistic approach and unwavering dedication, I aim to empower my clients to achieve lasting improvements in their physical well-being and overall quality of life.

If you love to talk about all things sports, travel, books, family and dogs- you’ve found the right PT for you!
